Digital Marketing Manager/Junior Manager

Overview:

  • A plan, execute, report, optimise and develop effective digital marketing campaigns for 11street and identify opportunities to maximise traffic and sales revenue for the sites.
  • Full responsibility for digital marketing, bringing visitors to the sites to browse and ultimately, buy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaign Management: To develop strategic plans to deliver digital marketing campaigns for 11street and manage the tactical execution of those plans to return positive ROI to the business.
  • Customer Database Management: Utilise the 11street database to develop and support all 11street online campaigns around CRM principles.
  • Brand: Liaise with Brand Marketing/Sponsorships and Online Content team to ensure that online and offline campaigns are aligned and that 11street and associated websites / groups are maintained to constantly reflect the most recent and relevant content.
  • Budget Control and Allocation: Monitor weekly and report monthly, performance to budget and targets in terms of agreed KPI’s and flex individual campaigns accordingly to maximise overall ROI to the business.
  • Supplier / Agency Management: Manage the end to end process from briefing through to implementation and reporting of all marketing agencies and 3rd party providers.
  • Web Analytics: Use web analytics applications currently at your disposal to measure and report on the performance of the web pages and report and make recommendations to the GM of Digital Marketing to improve their performance.
  • Competition: Complete and communicate monthly, competitor reviews detailing the key activity of 11street online competitor set, and use the results to inform tactical activity planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the related fields.
  • 3~10 years’ experience in digital marketing with in-depth knowledge of web, paid search & display. Knowledge of another digital channels a plus.
  • Experience in multi-channel analysis.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen combined with analytical and data skills. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • In-depth experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, retargeting solutions, etc.
  • Certified Google AdWords Specialist is a plus.
  • Proven ability to plan strategically and operate tactical digital marketing campaigns particularly around
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain online marketing in simple terms.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with employees at all levels.
