Digital Marketing Career Management


  • Develops and maintains the tactical Media Plan
  • Works with the Marketing Team develops budget allocations across media, media mix scenarios
  • Maintains and communicates up-to-date records of the implementation of the plan
  • Provides research and analysis to deal with various issues that arise in the execution of the tactical plan
  • Research and align on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Craft and implement a content strategy for various social channels to align with the overall marketing and business objectives
  • Generate, publish and share content that generates brand awareness, user engagement and interest
  • Work with Digital Marketing Director to monitor and optimize SEO and organic social
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders like marketing, customer service, and compliance to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Communicate with followers. Work with the Customer Support Director to respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggest and integrate new features from each channel to optimize brand awareness and brand reach
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications
  • Collect and build a visual dashboard, reporting back on how content is performing, and develop audience insights

Systems & Tools:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Media Tools (Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Listening Tool, SEO Analytics Tool, LINE Marketing, E-mail, Direct Marketing, Comscore, Programmatic Ads and Power Editor) is required
  • Application Tools (Appflier, Tableau, and Leanplum) is a plus but not required


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications
  • At least five years of overall media planning and social media management experience is required
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Manager required
  • Previous experience within application markets is a plus
  • Previous experience managing a team is a must
  • Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
  • Hands-on experience in content management and reporting on engagement metrics
  • Ability to be creative on the fly – delivering creative ideas and strategies around content creation
  • Previous experience and knowledge of SEO, keyword search and reporting analytics for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
